Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • A wrong product is delivered, or

    • The product is damaged during transit

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or proof.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of devotional and religious items, returns may not be accepted once used or opened, unless there is a valid issue.
